Mr. Stephenson

Here are some FREE resources that are available to ALL students.

1. Tutoring with the Grand Arts math Department. We are available almost everyday of the week before and after school. Take advantage of this. Math tutoring from credentialed tutors can cost any where from $50-$100 and we are offering it to you for $0. Yes it is free and convenient.

2. Homework Hotline: The Homework Hotline provides free math and science tutoring over the phone. Open five nights per week, Sunday through Thursday, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. PST. Launched in 2010 with the help of the Homework Hotline at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, providing free, over-the-phone tutoring to students in the greater Los Angeles region and beyond. Since then, helping tens of thousands of students learn math and science, one call at a time! Tutors are all students at Harvey Mudd College, one of the top-ranked STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) schools in the nation, and they’re all selected for their technical expertise AND their superior communication skills. They get extra training to make sure they give you the best possible service!

Student privacy matters to us. We don’t ask for your last name or phone number, though we do ask callers to share their school and grade level for our reporting purposes. We are funded by the Simons Foundation and Harvey Mudd College. For more info check out the link.
