Brava to Joan Dooley, Media Arts/Visual Arts Teacher and her students at Central Los Angeles High School #9. In the words of Music Center Spotlight Coordinator, Richard Espinoza, "It's a huge deal that [we] have two semi-finalists (in Photography) our first year out of the gate!" The Spotlight Awards will be held at the Armory Center for the Arts on Saturday, March 20 from 3-5pm.
